I used to be there...

Flashback to my life 3 years ago, I felt drained, depleted, and deeply unsatisfied with my life and the career I had chosen. I was working 12hr night shifts getting paid a decent wage, and on paper it looked like I should have everything I’d need to be happy in life.

I had a great romantic relationship, a stable career, friends, money, and yet something still deeply felt wrong. I was doing what I had always imagined and accomplished the goals I’d set, why did I feel so miserable?

It was during this period that I realized that was exactly it. I had reached all of the goals society set for me, become the person I was told I should become, and obtained the external markers of typical "success” in my community. But along the way of subconsciously reaching everyone else's goals, I never took the time to truly stop and clarify my own. Not the regurgitated life goals, but the real dreams and passions that were so big it scared me to even think about.

I didn’t know who I really was, what I really wanted, what I was passionate about, and the life I actually wanted to live. In fact, I didn't even let myself fully dream about it. It was like I was living someone else’s life, and it showed.

I was too focused on living and being who I thought I had to be in order to please everyone around me, that I forgot to intentionally create a life that truly pleased myself. This, was a recipe for disaster. And this, is exactly when the entire trajectory of my life began to change.

This was the point in my life when everything changed, because I knew deep in my heart I was meant for more and that somehow someway more was possible for me. And so I created it.

I changed careers, built my dream home, started a business, attracted deeply loving and aligned supportive relationships, transformed my mindset and overall health, and ultimately truly started to living as the most authentic and aligned version of myself who is living her purpose.
 
My life began to reflect what I had always truly wanted, and I saw myself become the person I had always wanted to be more and more everyday. And my passion is helping others do the same, and this is why I created this container.
